Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
We ship to Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Singapore: 1 business day.

• Malaysia: 3-5 business days.

• Indonesia: 2-7 business days.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
aura zodi is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages During Shipping:
While we pack our wheat flowers and ornaments with extra care, items may occasionally be damaged during transit. You must contact us within 24 hours of receipt to report any damage. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and provide a video unboxing for claim purposes. Claims reported after 24 hours of delivery will not be processed.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
